DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TIMES
What you are ordering with us, from one Chef Jacket or one Trouser, 300 Napkins, or 20 bales (5000) of tea towels, we will provide the same service as the Standard UK mainland delivery (Monday – Friday). All orders are packed and ready to be dispatched provided your order is received before 4pm, it will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery.
The standards and terms which we offer our delivery service are:
- Customers in the UK mainland, we will do our best to dispatch the same day.
- European orders will normally be delivered between 7-10 days from receipt of order depends on the available stock.
- Delivery charges to mainland UK are from £10.00 per carton, Max Weight of 29Kg.
- Postal charges will be at cost, at a minimum of £6.95.
- Saturday delivery to UK Mainland £14.95
- Certain postcodes located in remote areas are subject to a surcharge – get in touch for details.
- Orders over £500 (EX V.A.T ) are delivered free of charge to mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
ONLINE SUPPORT
All orders are with Tracking Number to get the time and movement of the parcel.
